Melissa Etheridge Detroit Concert reviews
Fan of the Jam!
I've always been impressed by Melissa's song writing talent and musical abilities. But, WOW! After seeing this performance, I am stunned by the talent this girl has. Drums, harmonica and of course the guitar(s). She can jam! Rock, blues, you name it! She has soul and it shows through her connection with her music. A lot of performers get on stage and play their music. Melissa Etheridge FEELS her music. And that makes her audience feel her music.
Not only did she truly perform, she drew me in with her dialogue pertaining to Houston and the NASA Space Center excursion. I felt like this performance was for us (Houstonians). Not just a recap of her previous stops.
I would definitely see her again. Over and over! As a guitar player myself, I've found a new artist to look up to and emulate. She rocks!!!!!!!!!
